Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that let a site remember a setting.

Under Article 225 of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), a site needs your consent before it stores information on your device, unless the storage is strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly asked for.

We store only what is strictly necessary for a feature you choose to use, so no consent is needed. None of it tracks you or is shared with anyone.

synvolo-theme (local storage)

Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Kept until you clear your browser data.

synvolo-language (local storage)

Remembers the language you picked with the language switch. Kept until you clear your browser data.

synvolo-support-session (session storage)

A random ID created only when you send a message to the AI assistant, so it can follow the conversation. Deleted when you close the tab.

The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly. When it loads, Calendly sets the cookies it needs to run the scheduler and asks for your consent to any optional cookies in its own notice. These cookies are controlled by Calendly, not by us, and no other page loads Calendly.

If you would rather not load Calendly, email or call us and we will book the call for you.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, advertising or remarketing pixels, social media plug-ins, or third-party font services. Our fonts are served from our own server. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which we use to follow how the site appears in search, place nothing on your device.

You can view and delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Deleting the data for this site resets your theme and language choice and nothing else.

If we ever add a tool that needs your consent, such as analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent before the tool runs.
