The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a binding offer, and it is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation. Every project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, overload it with automated requests, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

The chat assistant on our Customer Support AI Agent page is an AI system, not a person. Its answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They do not bind us and are not part of any offer or agreement, so check anything important with us directly.

Do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat, and do not use the assistant to produce unlawful content or to make it act against its instructions.

Calls are booked through Calendly, which applies its own terms and privacy policy. An introductory call is free and does not commit you to anything. If you cannot make it, please cancel or reschedule with the link in your confirmation email.

The text, design, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Synvolo or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names and logos of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is always online, free of errors, or up to date. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

The site is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using the site or from relying on its content or on the assistant's answers.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may also bring a claim there.
